Washington DC. There was supposed to be a dedication weeks ago but Hurricane Irene made that impossible so it was dedicated last week. He deserves it.

I kinda like the face. He’s contemplative, angry, and hurt that things haven’t progressed farther along. That’s just what I see. Thanks for dropping in again.
