31 Days Of Blogging Honesty: Day 10

What I dislike most about the opposite sex is…

An answer came to my mind when I reread this question. The answer has been something I have thought about for what seems like as long as I can remember. What I dislike, no let me clarify; what I hate about women is fakeness. Fakeness isn’t a word I realize yet I use it all the time to describe fake women.

When I speak of fake I mean first and foremost, fake breasts. Why would I be so hypocritical about women when I would gladly increase the size of my penis? For one thing most fake breasts look fake. They appear to look as if someone grabbed two grapefruits and shoved them underneath the skin. It just does not look natural to me.

None of us can help the way we look. We can’t control the changes our bodies go through in the womb, during puberty or in old age. Some women will have little or no growth and some will need breast reduction to make life easier on their backs. That is just how our DNA made us. For me I am willing to accept a person the way they are. I can’t emphasize it enough. I hate fake breasts. I believe I am in the minority as far as my gender goes but that’s how it is for me.

In other areas, if any procedure is medically necessary than forget all that I just mentioned. Breast cancer, injuries, medically necessary cosmetic surgery — all of that has it’s place.

Don’t get me started on Botox injections.

I couldn’t agree more. I don’t like fake people either – the real thing is always better.

All natural == better! Absolutely agree.

I didn’t know so many people like natural better. I’m in good company then. Aren’t most things in life better in their natural state?

My brother suggested this site to me and he was entirely right about how much information and humor can be found here. So far I have read two posts from the 31 Days and I find your answers interesting. He told me to check out your first posts and I would enjoy them too. Love the name by the way. Oh, and your tagline too.

Thanks to your brother for sending you here and I’m happy you took the time to comment. Come back again.

I definitely agree with you Tom! Let me tell you, a woman who has naturally large breasts that are my size, do not sit up that straight lol. No matter how “far along” cosmetic surgery has come, fake breasts still look fake. Mostly because the women who get them get them much too big – it’s obvious when a super skinny woman walks by wearing a 32H cup, it doesn’t look natural. And I agree with PrinceConnoisseur, I don’t find it attractive when people look unnatural. I think there are more and more people out there than we realize who like naturally looking people. I have to say though, it is refreshing to hear a man say he likes natural, real breasts of all shapes and sizes :) I’m definitely one to say they look better when they suit the body of the person!

As you have stated many time – great minds… I’ve been sitting here for almost a half hour catching up on all the replying I should have done long ago and it dawned on me that if I combined 31 Days and my love for the Colbert Report AND if we ever do this again, we should call it 31 Days of Blogging Truthiness.

Pull your chair all the way up to the table and sit up straight Cherlyn!

So, I’m guessing you don’t find any of the women on The Real Housewives of the OC attractive. My husband is reading over my shoulder and couldn’t agree with you more. Plus, it seems really stupid to subject yourself to an unnecessary surgery that could potentially go wrong. I’m happy with myself the way am and wouldn’t want to change anything cosmetically. Good answer!

Sprinkles, in all truthiness, I don’t find reality television attractive. I watch TV to escape reality and fantasize. Cop shows, sci-fi, (To me), it’s a sad state of affairs that we are so fascinated with people like Real Housewives, Snooki, and shows like The Real World. I hate them, but to respond to your comment. I wish we all could be happy with who we are and what we have. Did you see that Sketchers are marketing their Shapers sneakers to pre teen girls?

Let’s teach girls even younger than teens to feel insecure about their bodies!!

I totally agree here Tom. Hair extensions, fake breasts, butt implants, too much makeup are all turn offs to me. I’m the kind of guy who would much rather have a girl come as she is than to alter things for what I consider the worse. Many men and women will disagree with me because people are never satisfied and always want to be something they aren’t but I got personal standards as do others who might not see things my way. To each his or her own.

Ron, I’m not into makeup either. If a woman wants to wear makeup modestly I keep my mouth shut. It’s her right to do so even over doing it. I just prefer the real deal.
