Best Concert You’ve Seen In Person

The best concert I’ve seen live was the Prince concert I saw this past October. Truly amazing as is Paisley Park. That got me to thinking what others may have thought was the best concert they’ve seen. Sorry for such a short post, but I really only wanted your input on live concerts.

George Washington Carver was born in 1864 near Diamond Grove, Missouri. George Washington Carver decline an invitation to work for a salary of more than $100,000 a year which in today’s terms would have been more than one million dollars. Carver discovered three hundred uses for peanuts and hundreds more uses for soybeans, pecans and sweet potatoes.

Among the listed items that he suggested to southern farmers to help them economically were his recipes and improvements to/for: adhesives, axle grease, bleach, buttermilk, chili sauce, fuel briquettes, ink, instant coffee, linoleum, mayonnaise, meat tenderizer, metal polish, paper, plastic, pavement, shaving cream, shoe polish, synthetic rubber, talcum powder and wood stain. Even so, Carver only applied for three patents, believing his work was a gift from God to be freely given to mankind.
