Blogger Meet-Up Nude Dinner Party

Blogger Meet-Up Nude Dinner Party

April and I were talking last night (November 13th) about entertaining a few of her co-workers. We haven’t had a dinner party in a while and we talked about who we would invite and what the menu would be. Trying to always have my blogger’s hat on, I wondered what menu I would prepare if I had a Blogger Meet Up Dinner Party and the guests went native — nude like us?

What if I invited everyone on my blog roll to dinner and prepared a dish especially for each blogger. Needless to say I don’t know anyone’s favorite food, whether someone hates vegetables or is allergic to a specific food; but I thought it might be fun to see what I could come up with and what your response would be. Be honest about what I have prepared for you and don’t worry, cameras and cell phones not permitted.

There are now 27 eligible invitees so I needed to come up with 28 individual menus. I also included an menu for people who might be added to the blogroll between now and then. Coffee, tea, beer, wine and champagne might not be written on the menus, but rest assured they will be present. The dessert course will be a choice of several items served buffet. After dinner we will be seeing a movie. Any requests?

This is just fun for me. You know I love cooking so don’t take this seriously. I doubt anyone would show up for my Nude Dinner Party if it were real anyway! However, if you were to show up, it’s a good idea to arrive with clothes on! There are plenty of nosy neighbors plus it’s very cold in December. Separate safe changing areas would of course be provided and don’t worry, April and I most definitely prepared your food fully clothed! Please enjoy this formal candlelight dinner.

If you were added to the blogroll before I started creating this post as well as the one on November 16th, and don’t see your name on the list below, please click on the Unexpected But Invited Guests (that includes you Catherine).

Thank You Kari Cheng

(I took this photo from Miss Busy Bee without permission)

Well I’ve been out of circulation for what seems like forever to me and many of you have complained and gently voiced your concern. I wish to thank Kari Cheng (above), for taking time from Miss Busy Bee to give my readers, my friends and me the opportunity to once again read a new post from Morning Erection. I am extremely grateful for the time and effort you put into Saturday’s post and I see some people have tried a few of your recipes (me included) already. I love salmon.

I hope Kari doesn’t mind me saying that she thought her scheduled posting was in May and sent me an email wondering what to post. If I had checked my email earlier I would have been able to let her post in May. My fault. Even so, it was well worth waiting another month and once again, thanks. Love you and love your site. Say hello to Chris.

I also need to apologize to you Kari for not being able to promote your guest post. I usually like to spend a week before the actual guest post letting people know there will be a guest post. I want people to know so the time spent writing and preparing the post isn’t in vain. I promise when I start posting again (soon), I will do my best to drive traffic to this post.

The two guest bloggers for April and May did not post but I hope to get them to reschedule later this year. Kari, if you feel you would like to guest again, you are more than welcome. Drop by Miss Busy Bee and check out her site if you haven’t yet.

I like to let you know who will be posting next month however, I really need to reaffirm everyone’s continued commitment before I do that. Enjoy the week and thanks for coming back to Morning Erection.
